IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

DailyLifestyles and Fooxion merger In a move to consolidate resources and further enhance offerings, DailyLifestyles.com and Fooxion.com will be merged in May 2009 under the DailyLifestyles banner. The move is expected to revitalise both forums' activities as well as inject a much needed boost to each forums' coverage. It is hoped that the merger of these two forums will complement each other's offerings and provide members of both forum with a much wider scope of topics for interaction.

About DailyLifestyles.com

DailyLifestyles.com was created with Food and Travel as its core topics, and has expanded to include Fashion, Lifestyles, and Photography over the past 12 months. With a member base of young urban professionals between the age of 25 to 40, DailyLifestyles provides a platform for Fooxion members to not only participate in topics of interests besides food, but also to gradually interact with a much older age-group as they progress from college / university age to working age, enabling them to network and socialize with others beyond their peers.

About Fooxion.com

Fooxion.com started life as a predominantly food forum, attracting with it food enthusiasts and has over the years generated participation from many food bloggers, many of whom are also hobbyist photographers. Among its members-base are many 'celebrities' in their own rights with their own followers. The members of Fooxion are predominantly age between 20 to 30 and represent some of the up and coming movers and shakers of tomorrow as they progress through life. We are pleased to welcome them into the DailyLifestyles family and hope they will gain much beyond what Fooxion currently offers. Fooxion's integration into DailyLifestyles will also benefit DailyLifestyles members in terms of the volume of Food topics and reviews, as well as bring a more youthful perspective into DailyLifestyles' current coverage.

We expect both forums' members will take some time to get used to the expanded family as well as navigating through the additional added topics. Initial login problems could be expected especially for Fooxion members as they are moved to the new platform, but rest assured that we will fix the issues as they crop up. Do bear with us through the initial moving pains!
